Title – Sr. Business Analyst

• WORK PST HOURS
• Must have extensive experience with:
• Strong expertise in business process discovery and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio for creating process diagrams.
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  Ability to transcribe and maintain data in EA repositories (training provided on Avolution Abacus).
  Excellent listening, collaboration, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  Personable, approachable, and skilled at establishing trust with business users to elicit accurate and complete information.
  Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in documentation.
  Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to highlight process inefficiencies and risks.
