About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with the Program Manager. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving project plans forward. While you won't be responsible for creating project plans, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they are executed effectively and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Drive project plans forward by managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed about project milestones and any potential adjustments.
- Support team coordination, scheduling, and communication to improve efficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to work through and drive project plans without necessarily creating them.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling project challenges.
