Title – Jira Service Management / ITSM Specialist

Spyglass Partners excels in placing contract and direct-hire resources across all aspects of IT, Accounting & Finance, Sales, and Executive roles.
- 100% REMOTE- candidates will need to physically reside in OR, CA, or WA.
- Must have extensive experience with Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jira Service Management and ITSM best practices.
- Other core skills
-
Advanced knowledge of JSM administration, workflows, request types, queues, SLAs, and reporting.

Strong grasp of ITSM processes and how to operationalize them in JSM.

Experience integrating JSM with other Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence) and enterprise tools.

Atlassian certifications and/or ITIL certification preferred.
